Sync with OVI is LIVE & FREE

A great man once said “Free, free at last”.

Nokia’s OVI Sync has just went live and is available for FREE. Its simple and easy to setup and uses the phones Sync function to synchronise your Contacts, Calendar, To Do List & Notes over the air. Don’t have a PC and want to backup all your Contacts, Calendar, To Do List & Notes, well you can now.

Thank you Nokia, this has been a long time coming from you and it works a treat.

UPDATE: Try this out now, its awesome. It even copies the images you have assigned to a contacts. Truely outstanding from Nokia OVI :)

    The format of contacts on N95 follow this structure:

    example

    Mobile tel number
    Mobile (home) tel number
    Mobile (work) tel number

    Substitute Mobile with Tel and its the same. Any number in ( ) does not sync. Since both the N95 and this product are your products, I would expect that you should have a solution for your data architecture.

    Many of my contacts have multiple numbers. Therefore, until this bug gets fixed, this sync product is useless to me.
